Hi guys, i'm wondering what cameras you're all using, and the price range they fall into. What do you look for in a good digital camera, i'm not really interested in video...yet...so regular stills are good for now. How does the remote zoom work, is it all remote? Thanks alot!

try to use a digy photo cam because u have the oportunity to veiw the result the exact time u take the shot...
what type?
see the canon and sony stores in 5mp analysis they are more affortable in their prices. i personally use canon ixus v.3 in 3.2MP for pics and for video PC sony 330 E
about the focusing system now there are several ways to overun this prob but i would suggest for the beggining just to add a servo to the cam trigger learn the pan and tilt if u are using one and for sure learn your heli by flying it with a mount installed....the weight defferes when it is installed on the heli..so the moves are more triky.

my install:

have a reasearch in here there are plenty of ideas how to install your cam to your mount:

The photo shows the foundations of an electron accelerator. The photo I posted is about 8 months old. Things have progressed a lot since then. The photo below was taken 26 March.

Here is how it is expected to look when finished:
