I would like to get some different blades since i am getting into some mild aerobatics. I am looking for a carbon fibre blade. Can someone recommend a good next set of blades for the Raptor ? How about the NHP Razrs ?

My Raptor 30 is quite happy with a set of MS Composite 3D. The only thing I don't like about the blades is the color. The black carbon fiber sure looks good on the bench, but you can't see the rotor disc that well while flying.
For my next set I'll try to get some white ones, like the CMT / Go Quick. They usually get good reviews and are not too expensive.

I have a set of cmt550's that I absolutely love. they are cheap and they are wonderful. I got mine for something like $50 last year, and they are still going strong after 2 crashes! they are tough as heck! I have a mentor / tutor who just got a raptor30, and he runs nhp razor's on his, they are twice the cost, and they seem to be no better than mine.....

I just bought a pair of the new TT composite blades. Sadly they are better than my VBlades for half the price

I am hooked on NHP Razor 550's for now. Granted the color stinks but then again I measure and cut 2 identical sized bands of Dayglo Orange Trim Monokote and put it on the blades in identical spots so balance is not disturbed. It looks awesome now in the air, and you can see Dayglow orange a mile away (at least pretty darn far away anyway )

I run Funkey FRP blades on mine and they do quite well. And at arround $40.00 a pair they are hard to beat for the price. But I do have quite a few buds that are running the SAB's and they are verry nice blades. They do aerobatics quite well, and auto very nice. I like others DO NOT like black blades. So I will stick with my FK cheapies for now, until after I am out of the oops stage. Perhaps by then V blades will be makeing white blades. Or not.

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

TT Blades

I just got a pair of the TT blades last week and I concure with the other post that they're better than my V Blades... For half the price. I ended up buying 2 extra sets just because of the price and quality.

So where are you getting TT blades for a 30? Sounds like they might be worth looking into.
