e-Minicopter Joker > Joker head button question

I'm looking at the optional Joker head button, and have a question.
It has a single countersunk hole in the center for attaching it.

The existing aluminum dark anodized piece covering the head has four holes holding it on, and no hole in the center.

I thought it would be a replacement for the existing heat top, but it appears that it will not work there. Does the existing piece need to be drillled and tapped? I can't imagine this being an operation for the average hobbyist, if it isn't drilled exactly in the dead center it will induce some wobble to the heli?

Anyone have one of these?

If you take off the original black plastic head button, and look at the backside, you will see that it is round. You can also see just about the exact center because of the way it was cut off the lathe. I use a small drill and drill a hole on this point all the way through, then use a larger drill which is smaller than the 3mm bolt, and redrill the hole. The 3mm bolt will then just self tap into the plastic to hold the head button on.

Perhaps an idea to pass on to Minicopter would be to drill a hole 90% of the way through the black plastic head buttons from the bottom so if someone wanted to get the fancier one it would make it a little simpler!

Did as you suggested, seemed to work fine! Will know for sure when I spin it up, but it should be close enough.

Was it supposed to come with a 3mm bolt?
