I fly Scale Fuselages and need to know it there really a big difference cause I would upgrade, there seems to be enough power in the YS ST 2 in my Fuselage but I my upgrade now cause I heard they make a smaller muffler for the 80 now, any responses would be appreciated. Ys 80

This engine has tons of power, comparing with ys st2 61
with the right muffler, it will work perfectly.
depend on the heli, you have to adapt blades and good ratio of the gear.
if you do all that. you will have a great engine, good value.

YS 80

FUTURAC,
I hear there is a new muffler for the YS 80 its smaller in length I was wondering if you heard will that shorter muffler make the 80 lose power, I fly scale and need a smaller muffler for it to fit inside the fuselage.

muffler

any muffler takes some power out of the engine, if you fly scale, you might use pipe and header, so you can put flexible position without cut the fuselage,
tell me what scale you fly, look at my site for zimmermann mufflers,
and i can try to find a good solution for you.
