I have been trying to get in tuch with Weston UK for ordering a Genesis Onepiece pipe, but they never response to my E-mails.
I have tried to use two different E-mail adresses but with the same result.
I have heard from other people that their responses are slow and that phone calls is the only way to get attention.

Does anybody know where to order Genesis Onepiece pipes in Europe for a GPH 46/OS46 (identical pipe to Raptor50/OS50) , and get a response ?

Weston UK is based in a shop and I think some out buildings a few miles down the road from me.
Their products are great but getting our hands on the products can be hard even for us locals because we have to order and then wait for it to be made. Most of their production gets shipped to the states!

I've only ever dealt with them over the phone or counter so I can't comment on the e-mail orders.

Have you tried faxing them? Its slightly less high tech and it might work!
