I would like to do a "minor" upgrade to my servos (ail, elev, & pitch). Will the HS-625 be fine for my Raptor 30 or 50? Is this a decent servo? Thanks for your help.

Please reconsider using the Hitec 6xx series on a heli. They have terrible centering, a 3 pole motor that sucks amps and a poor reliability record. Try the Hitec 545 servos for the same price range or Futaba 9202s for U$50. The Hitec 6xxxx digital series is ok.
