Safety - RC Helis are not toys > Checklist

As I read through many of the different topics, I can only wonder how many times I have started up my heli without checking everything. I have only been flying a short time, but maybe some could give a some sort of checklist to follow. See I'm in the Army and checklist work great and I'm sure to follow it. Just thought maybe someone could help me out. Thanks
