I just ordered a 2400mAh Sub C, receiver pack and was wondering. Would they be NICAD or NIMH cells for a 2400mAh Sub C size?

The place I ordered it from changed my order to the bigger 2400mAh as they didn't have the size I wanted. They never stated wheather it was a NIMH or NICAD and I forgot to ask.

2400mAh Sub-C wouldn't be NiMH, it's NiCd.

Did you order it from Flytestrom or what? That's where I get my batteries (& the regulators.)

No, I've ordered it from R.M.S in Perth.
I'm prity sure their Sanyo. I hope so anyway!!!

Ace Smart Charge

Nedyah,

If you have the ACE Super Smart Charger you will have problems charging that pack. The Super Smart Charger will charge NICD/NIMH but not capacities greater than 2000mah.

If you have this charger you might want to upgrade your charger or send the battery back.
