I'm a middle needle rookie...

Can someone ballpark their middle needle adjustment on the above setup with 30% Wildcat helimix...(i live at roughly 3000ft. asl)

Right now i'm at 5/8th's turn out, but then I had a friend check his with a Zimmerman muffler with the same fuel. (2 turns out for his middle needle???)

mine has good smoke, satisfactory power, but i can't temp it correctly when I finally get the blades stopped.....

I'm curious if the high/low can be masked by the middle needle or vice versa?
Right now high is 2 turns out and low is 1 3/4 turns out.

Close the mid needle.

Take your heli to WOT and fly it, adjust the high needle as needed then, after the high is set, adjust the idle needle as per pinch test. After that, adjust the mid needle for a consistant transition.
