| You can't make a flybar out of carbon. Carbon is to weak and will just break. The regular flybar that comes on your Voyager E is strong enough. If you think it's bending while flying, just get some carbon flybar stiffeners. Here is a link to look at them, they cost $7.49. They come with 4 carbon tubes and 4 anodized aluminum ends in different color choice, purple, blue or gold. http://www.ewtech.com/cgi-bin/miva?...+Any+Helicopter I'm sure you can find them at other on-line shops, but this one was the easiest for me to locate, so I used it as an example.
