I think something is wrong with his chopper though
I seems to only go backwards , upside down and its got a terrible spinning problem.
How the heck do you fly like that?

Up close and personal

I was the lucky guy to be standing next to Dickson during his noon demo. He's a great pilot and one of the most personable guys you'll ever meet. I can't tell you the number of times he's loaned me parts so I could fly, even at the expense of parking one of his helicopters. So I'm forever trying to help him in any way that I can.

Great video Colepter; thanks for posting it.

I have one of those new small Sony video cameras as well. Is ULead the only software you used? I can't get mine to work with my computer. Please let me know - if you have a free moment - how to set it up so that I can get the video stream off the camera and into my computer. Thanks in advance.

You need to install the editing software that came with your camera. You can edit it with that software. The format it uses is MPEG2 so if you want to use a different software you need to download it and convert it to an AVI before you can edit it it with Ulead.

I thought I was missing some software. Ok, here is my problem. I bought the non-bluetooth version and apparently it does not come with the software. I can't find the software on the Sony site for download either. Is it possible for you to email it to me if it's reasonable in size!

I don't know anyone else who has this camera.

If it's a problem, don't worry about it. I can call Sony and ask them.

Coleptor, could you tell me were you got the freebie Ulead. I have looked around the net and all I can find is the trial version.

Also if you are using the trial, you might want to try Adobe Premeire. Last night I took one of my vids from last fall that was originally 30 meg (6 minutes) and it compressed down to 5.5meg (6 minutes) with no loss of quality. Granted the video was taken with my digi-cam, but it is still a pretty could compression ratio.
