| I recently put a OS 91 in my Mille with 15T pinion, I have two gallons through it. Problem: If I climb out and then reduce power (to around idle) to decend the engine seems to hesitate for 2-3 seconds after advancing throttle before spooling back up. I have leaned the main needle from the factory setting of 2 turns out down to a 1-1/4 and seems to get a little better, but to keep the idle smooth I have to turn the idle mixture screw out from 1/2 turn out to almost 1 complete turn out, which brings back the hesitation problem. When I turn on the governor there seems to be no problem. Any suggestions on needle settings?
