| why prime?I don't know why you are priming the engine, it shouldn't require that. Make sure your fuel line to the carb is cut off while you are fueling it, otherwise you will be pushing fuel into the carb and flood it.
Then just release the line cutoff, add glow starter, and crank it over. It should start within a few seconds of cranking. It may be necessary to up the throttle just a little bit if you have a smooth running broken-in engine and it can idle at really low throttle.
After the first flight and the engine's warmed up, you should be able to start it by just glowing it and tapping the starter's button.
