Check out "Ray's Authoritative Manual" for servo setup. He gives procedure for both hover at 1/2 and 3/4 stick. To setup the mercury is really dependent on your piloting ability the manual will give a setup to accomodate all variances with minor changes.

On my Merc I am running hover at ca. 3/4 stick with ca. zero degrees pitch at 1/2 stick and the servo arms perpendicular to the swashplate link. I have my pitch range set to ca. -7 to +12. Pay attention to the throttle arm position at hover, it should be 90 degrees to the throttle link. The book covers all this. I f your running the OS 50 sxh you are going to love this bird!..

all the best
