That looks beautiful!! I'm just in the final phases of building my VE, and I really like the scale look. I was hoping that there were some bodies available for the Voyager....where did you get it?

Wayne, the body was found at a hobby store in the U.K at the time it was the only one I could find. The store was called Skyline models. Since then I think JR may have done another run and they might be a little easier to find. They are only available over seas. For some reason they do not distribute them to the U.S.

Twinsticks, the battery is a 8200mah Thunder power pack. I am in the testing phase with the new body as far as the flight time. With the stock body on it I was getting 20 plus minutes.

Helge heli, love the pics thanks alot.

that's what I want! What's a rough estimate on the cost of the heli with engine and speed controller etc.. without the servo's/receiver? Do they have mini gyro's for them, or do you just use whatever gyro you wanna grab that you'd normally put on a nitro heli?

I'm sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I didn't get an email notice that you asked a question about the Voyager. The heli was 399.00, the body was 160.00, the motor was 189.00 a Hacker C40 8L with 17 tooth pinion (traxxas) , the speed controller is a schultze 12.46e for 199.00, the universal BEC was 35.00, the Batt is a Thunder Power pack 8200 mah 3s4p for 230.00 the gyro is a Futaba 401 with a 9253 digital servo I think was 180.00 from Heli Hut. These are last years prices but are good quality stuff. I know there are less expensive components out there but you get what you pay for. Hope this helps, Eric
