Didn't know they made a different version or that they changed any parts on the Logo 20? Where did you hear of Mikado making any changes to them?

You'll find that there are two different instruction manuals (Adobe .pdf files). One is for models before May 2003, the other is for models after 2003 (i.e. 2003-model Logo 20).

If you open both instruction manuals and compare, you'll find that they're slightly different.

I have the LOGO20 2003 Version and the main differencce is the pitch of the gearing, it is now 0.7 which means a lot quieter and more presise when meshing.

Rotor heads are different. 2003 head is more heavily built. Costs about $110US to upgrade from 2002 to 2003 head. Details of new head can be found at http://www.logoheli.com/rotorhead.htm

2003 version has a different main gear (finer pitch teeth) than the 2002. This requires different pinions and tail pulleys.
