| The inexpensive answer is to simply run a ground wire from the tail boom to a ground, like the motor skin or battery. I ran one from the boom (tapped a hole through the side of the frame where it holds the boom in place, into the aluminum of the boom, and ran a wire from a shcs threaded into that hole, to one of the motor mount screws. I am still building, so i can't say that it made anything better, but that should eliminate any potential esd. One less thing to worry about, and cheaper than the admittedly very nice metal tail in the link above. I'll get one of those when i can order it in the states, perhaps (low priority upgrade part, since the "3D" tail in stock form looks pretty good.
