Well fly time doesn't depend only on batteries or motor. For heavy 3D flights with high rotor RPM settings it is always less than for calm foward flight regardless of motor. There some superb motors for ECO8 like Hacker B50-11L but they will need another controller while Jeti30 is not sufficient. There are many people which use MEGA 22/20/3 Heli but I don't think there is very big difference between this and Phasor 45/3. You can also try lipols with correct s/p combination for long flight but the price is much more higher than for standard Nicd, Nimh batteries.
If you are looking seriously for longer and cheap fly times then heli with glow motor could be better option for you.
