Engines Plugs Mufflers Fuel > Header Tank plumbing?

I have a question about the pick-up fuel line inside my Century header tank.
It has Black fuel line, is this line OK? Should I switch it to regular fuel line that I'm using on the rest of the system? I will be using Wildcat 15% fuel.

I change it but that is my choice.

So the snow is clearing enough to fly?

Snow?

Gee, I closed my eyes for 3 seconds and.......damn---it was snowing like hell AGAIN!!
Then it rained on top of that! Right now the snow is slowly disappearing, but, more is on the way. We seem to have had more snow in the last mo. than we did all winter...go figure? But, who cares, it's all gona' be gone soon---I hope.
BTW, thanks for the info on the fuel line, I think I will change it as well.

I've got the black in one of my two century header tanks. It has held up just fine over 5 gallons so far. It could stand to be more flexible though. Getting that last little bit of fuel out of the corner when trying to pump the gas out is a challenge... Replace it with something more flexible, if at all.

Thanks, John Cadwell

I'm running the original black tubing in all four of mine, most have been going for at least 2-3 years.

Wow ... 2 to 3 years? Really Jeff? I thought you where suppose to change all fuel lines every 6 months to be safe.
Of course that would depend on how much you use your heli.
