IMHO a total waist. Even if the impeller was properly designed (which it is not) and if it had a proper defuser (which is does not), at that size it would need to turn about 100 K or better to provide boost and the power to turn it would be way beyond that wimpy belt.

On 2cycles the intake port closes before exaust port so it will mostly blow fuel out the exaust if you blow in the intake too much. A tuned pipe is a supercharger for 2cycles.

People usually say that detroits are 2-stroke and supercharged if you tell them you can't supercharge a 2cycle. They are 2cycle but they have intake ports and exaust Valves....also since its diesel, the fuel is injected so there is no way for it to be blown out before the exaust closes. I belive OS used to have a supercharger on some of their 4-cycles.

If you do a google search for "how tuned pipes work" or something to that effect you can get a better explaination.
