I got a Lite Machines Corona from a freind, and I was wondering is the Hitec Focus 4 a good radio for this chopper?

Yup that radio would work fine but if you ever think you might progress further in helis and haven't already bought the radio then think about getting something with reasonable support for collective pitch helis like and Eclipse or RD6000 Super.
