I just bought a Sony CD500 digital camera (5 MP) it stores everything on CD-R.
I understand that it also will also do video on the cd-r as well. Mavica's however didn't usually impress me on the video option. The camera will be here in two days!
If anyone likes or dislikes this camera let me know. It's the new one out.

they also threw in and additional lens and several hundred buck in accessories!

I've looked at that camera with great interest also. Burning directly to a mini Cd would be just the ticket. I'd like to hear what you think of it after you get to use it some.
