You are absolutely right, that is not even possible.

The word rep usually tells me to add a grain of salt to what they say but that is true across the board. Not just in the hobby business. I thought the rep merit badge was given to those who attend a lot of fun flies and therefore are available. Not a bad idea to have lots of reps to help with novice questions with a product. You don't want the real top guys to spend all their time helping with problems that can be answered by reading the manual. Does it give some of them a big head? Who cares? Isn't that what makes them fun to screw with?
