| If by Cyclone you mean a Kalt Cyclone (50/60)
i think the answer is going to be no, for a few reasons. The Cyclone had a K5 head, same as a 60Alpha.The metal aftermarket versions were known as a Black 10,swing grip head and the 10SII.
These heads have 4mm bolt holes and probably cater for 14-16mm root thickness's,not good for a baron unless it's been made into a 50 using 600mm blades. The 4mm bolt hole thing is no big deal, actually a bonus really
The distance between blade bolt fixing holes on a std Baron 30 would make 55cm blades in these heads hit the tailblades.
Main problem:
A baron 30 has a hollow mainshaft with the pitch rod going up through the centre to a mixer unit that has two wire rods that need to slide in a slot cut into the mainshaft and also in the rotorhub. The Cyclone and Alpha had a groove cut into the external face of the mainshaft for the collective pitch control
The all metal head that would fit the Baron30 is known as an S-30,
there were two versions,an all bright'n'shiny alloy one and a cheaper variant that had std plastic grips.
The other version that would fit is known as an Alpha 30,as fitted to later Enforcers. It is an all alloy centre hub and damper holders (anodised black) but has plastic grips.
The reason it was dubbed the Alpha 30 head is it was originally fitted to a limited edition heli called the Alpha30 ,with metal frames,i think the heli was only ever available in Asia. The Baron30 was developed from this helicopter, but Baron30 used an alloy centre hub with a plastic damper holder, to cut costs.
