What is the best way to swap pinoins on a motor? Is there a special tool like some sort of puller? Are they just pressed on and just need to be pulled off with a pair of pliers? How do you get them off without damaging the motor? How do you re install a new one? I want to go from a 8 tooth to a 9 tooth. Please help with any info. Thanks

You might want to try the Versa Pinion Plucker at http://www.modelelectronicscorp.com.
