I have tried the new pack with the 24-4 23 tooth pinion. First, temp was around 50 degrees. First spool up, no problems, rpm went from a set 1550-1700 without touching the throttle curve. For the first 6 minutes of the pack all i did was full power climbouts. It goes up like a rocket. Flying around has plenty of power. More full power climbouts, and i did these for around three-four seconds each, and came down and kept repeating this. This lasted till a little over the 9 minute mark, and at the 9min 40 seconds, i noticed a slight decrease in the rpm. I flew around a little more, and after 11 minutes my rpm was back to the 1550 mark. At that point i shut it off. Pack was around 100, speed controller was barely warm, and motor was 110. On recharge, what is interesting is that the pack took 4464mah back in, but i stopped flying while i still had plenty of head speed.
This pack weighs 2.2 pounds, which means the heli ready to fly is 9.2 pounds with this pack, since the Joker with radio and blades is 6.9-7.0lbs without the battery.
