I'm just curious if there are any alternatives to the LMH rotor blades? The reason I ask is that I suspect there may be some performance gains to be had with CF blades, but I haven't seen or heard anything anywhere about them being available for the Corona

I don't know of any other blade options but it's the blade material that's one of the best "tricks" in the Corona design that helps it to be so durable - they're nice and "bendy" so absorb a lot of the energy in an impact. With CF blades I imagine the energy would have to dissipate in the head itself which probably would not be good.
