just fix up somekind of email yourself or claim that it is the original one from your heli, they tend to bluf out a lot there at customs.
how on earth can they know where or when you bougt that canopy ?
i've had shipments hold from cyberheli, i sent a form in that they were for test purpose only and i had to sent the stuf back, and they swallowed that too.
