Folks, I'm real busy right now, and want be on the computer for a while..
I apollogize for not answering email right now, but like always, will answer it eventually..

Just to let you know, my first impressions of the new Gasser is, that Peter has taken the PUH engine design mechanics to a new level..It really is going to knock your socks off! I'm going to be flying the 231 first, then the new 26H .

Conversion kits

Unofficial word spoken to me by a Century Official.......(did that come out right???)
"the predator gasser conversion kits will be released AFTER the initial release of the full kits"

this from the H.M.F.I.C. at Century.

No specific date given.

SO: the short answer is YES, conversion kits are a go. I would expect after the first of the year...but for sure before spring.

BTW, for those wondering what that acronynm HMFIC stands for:

Head Man Figuretively In Charge
you guys gotta get your minds out of the gutter

Cause we know Nancy is the REAL BOSS over there

Its in the air:)

First flight was Glass smooth...I'm not use to having a machine this smooth on the very first hover The 5.8 ratio I like already, but will do more flying after I check for loose bolts and stuff...My PCRC temp gage crap out on me, but was reading 195 in a hover before it quit....This is a very good temp for a first time hover, and says alot about the cooling system. The cooling system is just what I wanted..I'm VERY pleased at what I've seen today...I want to get 2 gallons thru the engine before I romp on it...Manoman!
I made a special throttle arm for this machine to correct for offset angles..It makes adjustment much easier...hopefully Peter can have one built just like it...
This machine tracks like its on a lazer beam, and hovers fantastic...Although no aerobatics yet, I can tell it will be no problem, because it feels so lite....
The drive train is solid as it gets...There is no wasted space anywhere, and it is very easy to work on..
I'm planning on taking it to the Mobile Ala, flyin Sat.....

cost of nitro fuel has driven me crazy... if i keep the 70 SE i will be spending around $350 on some cases of fuel next year.... i do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on some red liquid.

got my heart set on a Predator Gasser conversion kit with a governor.... do you know the all up weight for the p gasser, with fuel?
