| WellI'm not a battery expert, but if you are considering storing them for any significant length of time, it would seem that a full charge is best (I'm referring only to Lithium Polymer batteries here).
The problem with storing them at lower charge levels, is that if they are left on the shelf long enough, they will self-discharge to below the voltage level required to maintain the cell integrity.
From the feedback I have received regarding these packs, a set of batteries that has fallen below the minimum voltage level might work a few times after being charged, but you run a greatly increased chance of explosion followed by fire. |
