I was wondering if there was going to be a place for us newbies to work on our hovering at the Birmingham fun-fly this weekend? Or is the flying only going to be for those who are more experienced? I know of about 10 people coming up tomorrow (Saturday) that have not progressed into FF and are just hovering. We wrere just wondering if we need to bring the helis.

Thanks and I can't wait to get there!!

the flyer from B'ham thats on this web site encourages new pilots to attend. I assume this implies hover only. Good luck and have a fun weekend flying - looks like your weather is much better than last weekend in Phoenix! This weekend the weather in Phx is what we should of had last weekend - 85, light wind. I'm off to fly!
BTW, i invented a new term called 'perpetual newbie'. I still don't do FF after 3 years of flying, but always have a blast.
