I am looking to get some lithium polymers most say i need the 5s4p 8200's and i would agree they have a five c max avg discharge.
Ok but what if i make a pack out of shc 340's what would i need ?The shc 340's have a 20 c discharge.whats the deal any help out there?Or the shc 1360's would interest me?

Location: Deep in the heart of Texas.

5S4P means 5 serial, 4 parallel (a total of 20 cells). The 5S4P 8200 pack is made of 20, 2050 mah cells. 5 sets of 4 in parallel. To get an 8160 mah pack form 340 mah cells, you would need a 5S24P pack. 5 sets of 24 in parallel (a total of 120 cells). The 1360's would require a total of 30 cells to get 8160 (5S6P).

I’m not sure that I believe the claim of 20C! A little over 6C is the best I have personally witnessed. At a 6C rate, cell voltage is pulled down to about 3.3 volts/cell. Pretty close to their cutoff level.
