Has anyone used cell phone batteries for their electric helis before?
I was going to use 2 cell phone batteries on mine.
3.6V+3.6V=7.2V Is this enough?

or
3.6+3.6+3.6=10.8. Is this too much?
Am I going to burn my Piccoboard?

Has anyone use a wall adapter to fly their heli?
I tried using a 9V 500mA power supply to power it but to little juice I guess. It will not pick up.

Any suggestions?

I am not an expert here, so am prepared to be corrected, by those who know better, but would offer a word of caution. LiIon / polymer batteries are apparently quite sensitive to being overloaded (i.e. they can catch fire / explode).

Mobile phones draw a very low current over a long time, your heli draws a lot very quickly.

My guess would be that mobile phone batteries are not designed / are unlikly to handle the load, and it may get messy...

Would like to hear from anybody that has tried it though!
