| Vibration...It sounds like there is a problem with the fan. There are only so many things spinning at idle so you can narrow your focus.
1) Check the alignment of the clutch and motor. If the motor is askew, it can cause vibration.
2) Use a high-point to see if the fan is balanced
You don't usually have to balance a fan nowadays, however, it's possible that it is bad.
