Some details would help.

What heli, motor, ESC, battery manf and capacity, gearing, blade length, etc.

A completely baseless guess would be you are trying to pull to much current from the batteries.

But without details I doubt anyone can help you.

Idel 1 85%, 85%, 85%, 85%, 85%

what is the DIL Switch setting for this motor..
