If you can fly and want to go balistic yes. If have a stock flybar head try the 3d paddles then take that responce and multiply it by 10. The point is its fast. Moving the stick a couple mm Is like pull it way back with a flybar. You will need weighted blades.

Does anyone have a comparison to the New CNC CCPM Head
made and supplied by helihobby? Which one would you suggest as the flybarless head is cheaper I believe then the new cnc ccpm head.

cheers

What are you trying to do with it?

For 3d, use the flybar head.

The problem with fbless is that, although, it has very fast cyclic response at first (from hover), as you roll, flip, etc, the rate progressively gets very very slow due to the gyroscopic effect of weighted blades. The flybar based head has a more consistent roll rate, making 3d easier.

For a scale micro, you can dial the twichiness out and the FBless is great.

The CNC Superhead is a very nice setup indeed. I have a few flights on it (still trimming really) but can say this thing can take some serious RPM and won't flex. If you are serious about your heli, it is worth it in my opinion. And do get the threaded flybar and paddles. I am using the 3D paddles and they seem to work very well.

I have been flying the Heli-hobby all upgraded head set-up side by side with a stock hornet and although I am not a really aggressive 3-D flyer the "red head" is extremely stable and responsive. It even sounds different - like a finely tuned automobile engine. It certainly gives the impression that it would perform well when pushed. I think Sean has a video of it pushed hard on the hornet-heli forum.

Sorry I gave the wrong credit Eric
You do some really impressive flying on that video - thanks for talking me into the head upgrade.
