I am sorry if you have not received our email reply by now. I am positive I had sent a reply as we usually reply all email within a 24 hour period. Since the blackout in the US recently and after loosing our DNS (domain name server) due to the power surge, we have been having realy weird problems with the server. Some email recipients who sent us emails, we know some of them we did not receive and to those who we sent replies to, some also did not receive it.
We also know of some web email services which are automatically sending emails from us to the thrash bin since the break out od the w32.sobig spoofing virus.
I will check out email sending log for your email reply and resend it. In the meantime, please resend us your original email. To solve the problem, we have created a mirror site with duplicate email accounts to combat this problem. I know it is a hassle, it has been for us.
