The picture was taken before it was polished you should see it now... it's sweet!

Isaax painted it with some chameleon color that changes shades as it turns. He lowered the chameleon effect by shotting it in a different manner so it's not fully chameleon which I didn't want but enought to give it a nice deep effect. I wanted a new one that matched my bling frames and he did an excellent job

Thanks dude!

Augusto.

Sluggo,

Those are my cutouts....copied from aug a while back...

We're all waiting to see how many legs isaac's kids come out with...he has been spraying that auto clear on his patio while (I hope) holding his breath.... funny thing is, there is nary a single insect, stray dog, or errant child within 100yards of his place....

Sluggo,

They're all carbon fiber both the black and the silver sets. The set is composed of 24 pieces total. We contracted advertizing space here in RunRyder so you'll see a link to the website in the main page soon.

Here's a picture of the set in black. The price is $195 for the 24 piece set in black or $210 for the same set in silver. Available at Rick's and soon in other stores.

Rick's carries them and other stores will carry them soon. He had them at IRCHA along with a lot of other products for X-specs, Freyas, Sceadus, raptors, and EVOs as well. Give him a call for more info. Like I said we contracted space here in the site so you'll see a link in the main page soon.

Big time

Dude...I was at his place last night and watched as he finished clear coating my bleach bottle canopies ( I hate decals that come off). Man the guy spends a lot of time polishing the clear to get it looking kick a$$ !

He spends about an hour or two buffing the clear coat. I've seen no better quality!

If my memory serves me correctly. I heard he learned the craft from some elves, and has honed his skill to shear perfection!

Hey Augusto,

Can we get a PIC of the silver set? I think that sounds way cool. And might even want a set. But I would like to see them first. When you say silver. Do you mean they are silver carbon weave? That would be to sweet. Also do the frames have the same pem nuts that the stock Furys have?

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

Brian,

There's a few pictures of those frames in the in the Ircha 2003 content gallery.

Regarding the threaded inserts they are installed in the frames and also they're not plain steel but stainless steel to make them corrosion-proof. Here's a few pictures of the details. Those are from the website that will soon be announced in the main page of this forum. These are improved frames that take care of a few details I wanted to improve on the original ones.

By the way, the wider areas to make the frames stronger are not "added" to the original outline. They were achieved by reducing the seemingly unnecesarily large hole on the bottom side of the servos.

Here's probably a better picture of the silver frames.
Andy Williamson has a very good picture of his frames where you can see how it reflects the light pretty good.

For those who want to learn about the inflight needle control system I posted about it long time ago. You can go to that post by clicking here.

You don't need to use the OS needle you can use one you can make yourself like this one:

The instructions to make one are also in that post along with a video of the system working.

Just be a little bit patient. The website should be up and running tomorrow and the link to it from the main page should also be there tomorrow.

Augusto.
