Does anyone know exactly what helicopter the Impala 30 is modeled after for G2. I've been training with it and really love it but being as it's not an actual model I can buy at the store I upgraded to Add on volume 3 to get the Raptor 30 and I hate the way it flies. Too bouncy, won't hold altitude in forward flight (always wants to climb), and so on.......Can anybody help or is this a hopeless cause. Being as I've never flown a real Raptor 30 maybe someone can tell me if the thing really flies as crappy as it does on G2. What changes in the settings can I make to make it better for a beginner? Any help would be greatly appreciated? Thanks.

Is the Raptor in G2 really that bad ? Or just different from the Impala.

I have been flying both of them as well on G2, plus a few others models, and never notice the Raptor was that worse than the other ones.

Anyway, real helis have a somewhat different response than the sim, and it also depends how they are setup, what engine they have, what blades and so on. Do not base any of your jugment on the sim only.

The Raptor 30 is quite good, set the time to 120% and the size to 1/1 and it is a good representation of the way the Raptor (and other 30 size) helies fly. The Impalla is a little "lazy" and "soft". Good to introduce someone to helies but a bit to "easy" IMHO.
