I have a Hitec Eclipse 7 and am wanting to know if I can buddy lead it with a Futaba T6XA so I can give my brothers a feel of the chopper and to fly it.
The plugs on the back of the Trannys look the same, so I thought I would just make sure before I went out and did it.

Hi Iain,

Did you manage to sought out your buddy lead problem. If you did, how did you do it?

I am also faced with a similar challenge.

Happy flying

You have to use the Eclipse as the Master and the Futaba as the trainer box. It will not work the other way around. I plan to teach my daughter to fly and will be using the same set up.

If you read the Eclipse manual there is a section on that.
