Does anybody know who to contact regarding the FAI rules for helicopter duration, altitude, distance, etc? I've searched the website for information, but I'm coming up short. I was directed to the AMA website eventually.

Can anyone outline the rules for RC helicopter duration records? The F3C rules allow about 13 lbs, and 15cc engines, etc. Is there a limit for weight and displacement for the open class records?

I'm trying to find the regulations for challenging some of the records. I'm not sure what regulations govern this. Specifically, I'd like to try and challenge the duration regard that stands at just under 6 hours. I just want to know what the rules are before I build a super duper duration machine that isn't legal... I was hoping somebody would have looked into this before... anyone?
