I prefer Ricks too

In the states I prefer Ricks too. Some times his prices are a tad high compared to others but his service is second to none.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Heliproz... EXCELLENT service and support. Recommended. As others have said, ronlund.com is also an excellent place.

Take a look at this site:http://www.rchelicopters.org/showdo....aspx?i=10&s=11 .

I`ve just ordered a Sceadu.30.
I ordered it from CyberHeli in Hong Kong. They have very nice prices and goood service. 2 Days after I ordered it I got it at my door (In Norway) . And best of all, I got Free shipping!.
I will shurely order from them again. www.cyberheli.com

Hello,
I am sure Heliproz is great, but I have not used them so I cannot say either way. I can tell you Ron Lund and his people are FIRST CLASS. I have never had better customer service anywhere, and he is always willing to help. Ron will NEVER sell you something if he believes you do not need it. You can't go wrong with Rick's and you will be a customer for life.

I have used them both and I have had excellent experiences with them.
I have also used Helihut in Hawai and Cyberheli in Hong Kong and I have gotten excellent service from them too.
The only thing I don't like about rick's helicopters is that many times when I call I get to their voice mails instead of people but other than that I believe they are absolutely great.

HELIPROZ

You can't go wrong with Heliproz. I've bought thousands of $$$ thru them, and have never had any trouble at all. Eric, Kurt, and Joel all have a VAST knowledge of Helis and are willing to share that knowledge. You get a real person on the phone without having to wait for voice mail. Their prices are the lowest around.

In the end its like the age old Ford Chevy battle... Heliproz or Ricks, I'll stick with Chevy and Heliproz!!

I'm a HeliProz fan, buy 90% of my stuff from them. Great service, I got everything as I ordered all the time! You have to be careful about not taking everything they say as the ultimate truth, sometimes they don't know their stuff but just can't say "I don't know".

I have ordered from Rick's & Heliproz, there is also GR8 Lakes RC. All three are good.

Is there someone local to help you? Sometimes buying your first heli from your local hobby shop is the way to go. They may be able to help you or put you in touch with another local person who can help you get started & look over your heli. Also, your LHS can get you a Sceadu if they don't have them.

Good luck!
