| I use an Airtronics RD 6000 Super, I used with my Voyager E, and currently with my Hummingbird and Logo 10 and it has way more than I even need. It has 8 model memory, 3 idle ups, throttle cut, retract switches for planes etc... Is PCM or PPM compatible, it looks awesome and has super smooth and precise stick feel and control.
I really don't ever see myself needing anythng else, I can't even think of what else I would need, I don't do slimers but I believe it has everything I need for that as well. Maybe if I got into scale bodies with retract landing gear and hooks, switches for parachuters and stuff like that I might need more channels but other than that, there is nothing more I can ask for and wouldn't change a thing on this radio. It's also very user friendly and easy to program. One of the things that really stand out with programming is that it labels channels as el, ai, thr, gyr etc etc. so you know exactly what you're adjusting as opposed to channel 1,2,3,4,5 etc.. I've heard of people accidentally reversing throttle channel when meant to reverse something else and spool up the heli accidentally etc. this eliminates the chance for that... I've also never had a single glitch with this system, absolutely flawless...
The best part about it is that it costs a good amount less than $300! With a rx and 4 servos.. This is one high quality product and at a very reasonable price.
