| Bot FlyReminds me of this show I saw on Discovery Channel (Or TLC, can't remember). They were talking abotu the most creepiest (disgusting) bugs on the planet.
They were describing how the Bot Fly would grab normal house flys, out of the air and lay their eggs on their underbelly. Then when these house fly landed on an animal (human) the heat would cause the eggs to hatch in a matter of seconds. Then the larvae (maggot) would dig under the animal (now hosts) skin. They will now stay there and develop. After some time, from the surface the infected area would resemble that of a gigantic pimple (Zit). When these grubs are at a mature stage they would exit the host, fall onto the ground and finish it's life cycle back into a bot fly.
It was really cool what they showed on the program. He would show you the infected area on a cow and how it resembled that of a gigantic Zit. He then proceeded to squeeze the infected area... all of a sudden a big gigantic grub ( 1-2 inches long ) squirted out of the infected area and fell on the goround! Sweeet! I almost coughed up my frosted flakes when I saw that!!!
