This is the best upgrade for the control system... Go to this site for more info...

Who has actually purchased that kit and can vouch for its performance? provided you were lucky enough to buy one. A few pilots on another forum have tried to contact RWC for purchase info and never got a response.

As far as power system I'm running

MS 420mm Carbon blades
Hacker B40-8L
Schulze 45he ESC w/GOV
custom BEC
CSM HLG200 ( I don't like it.. tail doesn't lock in)
here's the biggie---- Thunder Power 3S4P lithium polymer pack

This gives you the power, but the cyclic on the VE is definitely on the slow side. It's hard to do stationary flips as the heli spends too much time sideways losing altitude.

twinsticks might have seen my acro-VE video already, but here it is for the rest of this forum to enjoy.

My batteries are almost a year old, but I still can do flips, rolls, and if flying high and into the wind, nice medium sized loops. I've also briefly hovered it inverted (when I just started learning to). I get about 7 min of flight time.

Take a peek at my gallery to see a picture or two of my VoyagerE.

I have:
PEK (TWGun's post)
MS 420mm Carbon blades
Hacker B40-8L
Kontronik ESC
UBEC
HS85 on cyclics
401+9251( Tail locks like a mfkr)
10 Cell 3Ah panasonic niMH
Carbon Frames

It's not hard to do stationary flips with the PEK,,, all you have to do is contact RWC at r-w-c@comcast.net ... He was just tied up with his real job eariler in the year...

I know for a fact the kits are on the shelf...

It appears as if AndySan is selling a Schulze 18.46K brushless ESC

http://www.runryder.com/helicopter/t57358p1/

You WILL need an external BEC with this ESC as it does not have onboard BEC.

Yep, I'm-a sellin' it.

In my previous post, my equpment list includes a UBEC since I'm running 10 cells.

I didn't like the shulze on the voyager because at the "low speed setting" I couldn't get the headspeed high enough despite putting massive pinions (like 21 tooth), and at high speed, the motor speed was so high, I had to put tiny pinions (like 9 tooth which I calculated).

The Kontronik seemed to work out with "standard" pinions (i.e. between 14-19 tooth).

I was going to use it for a second logo, but I went nitro and bought a fury at that time.

These ESCs are top-of-the-line, selling for over $170, so my price should be good.
