Alexandre is currently tweaking his installation and I thought this might be a good thread to ask the question, "what antennas are working well for you?"
Antenna selection is one of those black-arts, especially at these frequencies. I use the stock whip on the transmitter and one of my new patches on the receiver, and I get few enough "hits" to allow me to produce nice videos with long stretches of perfect video. I know antenna selection isn't the only factor (local environment is a big one), but antenna installation can make or break a setup.
I'd be curious to see the setups of folks who get video with nice long clean stretches. Bonus points if the antennas are commercially available  |
