| I haven't had a heading hold gyro fail, but if it did, it probably wouldn't just act like a regular gyro - it would act like no gyro at all, probably like no tail rotor control at all, in fact. In either case, if the gyro fails, the heli will probably pirouette madly - your best bet is going to be an autorotation, revo mix or not.
