Gasser Model RC Helicopters > Servo/Gyro recommendation for Xcell Gasser

Looking for advice on which servos and gyro/tail servo are best suited for the Xcell gasser.
Prefer to stick to Futaba and was thinking a GY401 /9253 gyro combo? Not sure about throttle, pitch , cyclic
Any suggestions appreciated

I'm running this combination in my Benzin and it works great. I would suggest downloading the manual for the 401 from Futaba website so you can enlarge it - the printing is REALLY small and I had mine all screwed up and couldn't get it to work at all. After enlarging the instructions and resetting everything the proper way (quite simple when you can see the printing), the combo worked flawlessly.

Wish I had a couple more!

Same here

401/9253 on a Xcell gasser with Hanson moded G-23. Handles it like no bodys' business. remember, with a gasser, at hover the engine may not hit on every stroke, and the tail will bump a bit when it does that. Under a load, it pulls like a truck, and no twitching. James
