Hi,
I have a hacker 20-22 and phoenix 10 controller in my hornet. I am in Governor mode ! I have a linear to 1/2 throttle and idle ups are flat. When I give it initial power it hits hard and the heli will do like 3 piros on the ground till the tail speed is up to stop it ? any Ideas or anyone had simmilar problems

On Futaba radios, you'll have to reverse the throttle channel.

nope got that one covered

I have heard the firm ware had a soft start problem!!
I contacted castle and they said try low gov mode first I will try it once I fix the heli. If it was the speedo setting that destroyed my heli due to software or just bad instructions man I am going to be PO ed.

I talked with castle and had her set up wrong I fixed my setup and she is smooth as glass on starts now !
