AAAAAAAAaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhh

I was going to get out and try the GV-1 today, but on setting the thing up I realised that I didn't have the gear ratio anywhere - checked all the manuals and can't find it

Can any of you guys let me in on the secret - or do I have to go back and count the teeth

Cheers
Richard.

If you scroll through the menus of the governor, it will have a spot for gear ratio.

By the way, you can always calculate your gear ratio.

Just count the number of teeth on the main gear and then count the number of teeth on the clutch gear.

Divide the number of teeth on the main gear by the number of teeth on the clutch gear for the ratio. On the standard Gas X-Cell your answer is 6.43 or 6.43 teeth on the main gear for every one on the clutch gear.

You can give a man the gear ratio, or you can teach him how to find the gear ratio himself.
